Failed me on my Wedding Day!. Joel did not deliver the prepaid flowers on my Wedding Day. Did not return any calls on those days. Now I am getting excuses and stories changed about trying to get a refund. THATS ALL I WANT NOW.

RIP OFF!!!!!. Dont buy flowers from this guy(joel). He does'nt even pay his vendors for the flowers he buys. dont trust him for your weddings or any occasion. he'll soon be out of business. lier about every thing that comes out of his mouth....

HORRIBLE!!!DON'T GO TO PETALS!!. If I could give this store negative stars I would! On the day of my wedding I showed up to the ballroom to find that not only had Joel not done all of the work that we had contracted out but of what he did bring they were wilted and dying. I was truly embarassed to even have his flowers at my wedding! I would not allow the photographer to take pictures of the flowers cause it was so embarassing. He had filled me with such excitement when we were planning the arrangements and bouqet but when I saw the final product it took everything I had in me not to cry...it's the only regret of my wedding day was hiring Joel and Petals flowershop to do my wedding. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PETALS TO ANYONE

Amazing Work and Best Customer Service I've Ever had!. I used Petals for two different occassions. Both times I was truly impressed with the service level as well as the product, Joel uses amazing flowers and produces AMAZING pieces. One was delievered with a tropical theme and was so reasonally priced I honestly thought I might end up with a very small display but it was just the opposite!!!! Joel and his team but so much into their work and it shows. Oh and the best part, the pieces both lasted over two weeks!!! Now that's value, I highly recommend Petals for any occassion any time!!! His deliveries are also FREE!! Yahooooo!

Death to flowers. This is the second time I've purchased a bouquet from Petals. I was only slightly satisfied the first time and was REALLY disappointed the second time. I had a mixed bouquet with some lilies and other stuff, I am not very knowledgeable with all the different types of filler flowers. Anyway, I bought the flowers, took them home right away and stuck them in water. By the next morning, half of them wilted. So I took them back to the store and the guy was nice enough to re-arrange the arrangement with some, but not all, new fillers. I took them to the intended recipient and within the hour, most of them wilted again, by the following afternoon, they were all wilted and horrible looking. Not worth the 20 + bucks spent and two trips to try to get it right. Too bad, because I like to use the "little guy" vendors in town.
