I just had the worst customer service I
have ever had while dining at this restaurant. Our server, who is also apparently the manager, was talking on the phone while taking our order. She literally
interrupted me in the middle of saying my order to talk to whoever was on the phone. She was very rude and did not seem to care when we told her why we were upset with the service.
This is my first time ever writing a review as I usually don't care enough to go to the trouble, but this place was so terrible that I had to say something. I would neverdineat this restaurant again. The other server seemed nice, however if our server was the owner I do not want to support her business.…
update for fabulous Thai food. Went here for a birthday "lunch" in mid-afternoon with two teenagers. They loved the new appetizer of thin chicken and cheese fried together. Two "pad" dishes, pineapple fried rice and won ton soup were all really good and prepared quickly. Owner "V" is very amiable and has been a steadfast contributor to the downtown effort. Try her out for lunch or dinner.…
not good place to eat. this place is and waiter @waitress are unpredictable the food not that great guys don't go to tiger.
Raw shrimp with no apology.. My husband and I went to Tigers Garden for our date nite. We ordered our appetizer ...which was some sort of shrimp wrapped in rice paper. My husband bit into the shrimp and it was under cooked. Like the shrimp was still raw and gray looking. We sent the dish back and explained why. Absolutely no compensation or apology was offered. The waitress in fact acted like we had bothered or annoyed her. Needless to say we will not be dining in this restaurant again. I absolutely do not recommend this retaurant!!!…
Not Impressed.. The restaurant was really clean, but our server looked to be a 14 y.o. kid who looked to be working at his parents place for the very first time. My wife had teriyaki chicken and it was tough, dry and way overcooked. She also had potstickers, which just looked to be deep fried and over-fried until the point of being dry. As for myself, I had California rolls which were OK, but the shrimp fried rice I ordered tasted sweet and they didn't even bother to pull the tails off the shrimp! I think if we go back, we'll be sticking to drinks at the bar...…
