If you seek a second opinion on your chosen ensemble, the super-friendly staff won't steer you wrong. The store takes jeans and T-shirts as seriously. Individual style is all-important, so the owners stock up on obscure names like Gsus, Modern Amusement, as well as more familiar ones like Stussy and Paper Denim & Cloth.

I spent an hour trying on coats at Lit, with two staff people helping me who knew full well I wasn't going to buy any of them that evening. Nice, helpful people. And the prices are totally reasonable for what they're selling.

Lit has a variety of clothing that you can't find locally. It has a mixture of clothing from different parts of the world from a ray of talented designers. The customers service is way beyond what you might find in some corporate outfit trying to imitate and display what fashion and clothing really have to state. The value of Lit is far more than any rating I or someone else can give; it's a necessity.
Pros: good parking, good value of clothes, friendly service
