I have been seeing Lev for over 2 years and he helped me a great deal to reduce pain in my lower back. He is a really gifted and knowledgeable massage therapist who does a lot of therapeutic body work and none of the “fluffy” spa-like massages. I highly recommend Lev to anyone looking for a clinical, corrective body work.

I recently purchased a Groupon for a hot stone massage at Dermaesthetica and was really impressed with massage therapist’s work. The guy previously was working in chiropractic office and he is such an expert in human physiology. He explained everything for me and recommended the best treatment for my stiff neck. The Groupon massages are usually mediocre (you get what you pay for), but his work was amazing and I felt totally rejuvenated. I’m definitely coming back.

I consider the aches and pains I have in my back somewhat normal for somebody working a 60-70 hour work week, sitting with bad posture, and not exercising enough. But I certainly didn’t used to think getting a massage was going to help, and it always seemed too “decadent” for my taste.

I had been complaining about my aches and pains to an associate, and she said I should visit Dermaesthetica in downtown Lake Oswego, as she used to go there after she was in a car accident and was struggling with back pain.

I called and made an appointment for a consultation with Lev Volod. He explained his background, skills, and techniques and tweaked all of his knowledge and abilities to create a massage experience that not only treated my discomfort, but also helped me relieve stress.

For someone who works as much as I do, these visits are one of the few tranquil and relaxing experiences I have, and Lev is absolutely an expert in the field.

Try the skin care product line called Avitalin! A pal of mine visits this skin care location (Dermaesthetica) and sees Marina Volod. I have not seen her yet myself, but I did start using her product line after I noticed my friend's face was looking much improved. When I asked her what she had been using she sent me to the website (avitalin.com). I have sensitive skin but not oily, so I use the Hydroessence mask no more than a few times a week and the Cell Renewal cream at night. I was lucky to have a friend recommend the products that work for her, but it might be worth calling Dermaesthetica and setting up a consultation to see which of the Avitalin products are right for you. It's great that the maker of the product is located right in Lake Oswego. I hope you love them as much as I do!

I began seeing Marina four years ago after having tried every acne

medication and treatment I could find, and I've never had to search

elsewhere. Marina guided me to a solution, and my skin and confidence

and have never been better. Her treatments are relaxing and I always

feel refreshed when I leave. The regiment of products she recommended to me is fabulous, and it works. I've used both a lotion and facewash from her Avitalin line, and they were luxurious, effective and well priced. I've also purchased products from other high-quality skin care lines that she sells in her office. Marina is an expert at identifying what your skin needs, and she has all the skills and products right there in her office. I'm grateful to have found her, so I had to share

Excellent skin care products. Before I met Marina I used Obaji products which were recommended by my dermatologist and it caused my skin to turn red, very dry and flaky. Last week I saw Marina for one of her amazing therapeutic hydrating skin treatments. And now I am using her own skin care line Avitalin. My skin improved immediately and it’s looking smoother, moisturized and youthful. I also noticed significant reduction in the wrinkles. My favorites are the Placentine and Firming solution with peptides. You could also find a lot of interesting information on her web side, Avitalin. I would highly recommend Marina’s product to anyone who wants healthier looking skin, without using those harsh chemicals.

Facial treatment with results. I recently moved to Portland from New York. After spending many hours online and researching for a really good facial place, I finally picked Dermaesthetica. The place had very good reviews. I got a little bit frustrated because it took me a while to get an appointment with Marina. She seems to be very busy. First, I got a consultation with her and she spent long time with me talking about my skin problems and goals. The consultation was free of charge! Then, I finally got the skin purification facial with microdermabrasion and was absolutely impressed with her dermatologist-like understanding of the skin and her in-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients. She is much more then just an esthetician, her skills and clinical approach put her in line with some of the best professionals in her field. Marina is fearless with extractions and after my visit with her my skin felt clean, not irritated, and the redness quickly went away. She also formulates and sells her own natural skin care products. The peptide eye cream she recommended for me was simply superb and made my lines under eyes less visible. I absolutely recommend Marina and her skin care product to anybody who is looking for “no fluff” skin care with results.

great massage!. I had lower back surgery and was deeply concerned with finding a quality massage therapist who could work the muscles effectively. Lev’s technique is unlike anything I’d ever experienced! His ability to pinpoint areas in need of work and releasing deep muscle tension are incredible. I highly recommend his brilliant work to anyone in need of real “deep” tissue massage.
