Emee is a total life saver!.
I thought that I could plan everything myself. I thought that a wedding planner would be too expensive for us. I thought wrong! Emee was
such a pleasure to work with. Her rates are more than fair (and better than her competitors!). Emee listened to everything that I said and was able to help us find a venue that was exactly what we were looking for. We never would have found this venue if it weren't for Emee! She knows all the cool/new/wonderful venues in the Portland area that you won't find on any wedding search site.
I cannot gush about her enough. She never made me feel bad for having a small wedding on the cheap. She has been so flexible and accessible. She's sharp as a tack, too - I've never had to tell her the same thing twice. I knew the minute she made a Tardis joke that she was going to be the one for us! Do yourself a favor and give her a call! You'll be so glad you did.

Buy yourself some sanity on your big day...hire EJP Events.
My advice to anyone who wants to enjoy their wedding day....HIRE A WEDDING COORDINATOR. In fact, hire EJP Events.
I am a project manager who is detail oriented and all to familiar with how to coordinate events, so I wanted to plan most of the wedding myself. However, I did not want ANY responsibilities the day of my wedding...I just wanted to have a good time. So, I hired Emee for "day of" coordination services, which means she starts planning with you 2 months ahead of the wedding and then swoops in to pull it all together on the actual wedding day.
Emee knows the business like the back of her hand and brought up details that I never even thought of. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly, Emee was calm and collected as always, and we had an incredible event. All I had to do was enjoy this special day with friends and family. EJP handled the rest.

We were very lucky to find her. We were married in June 2005. We had a fairly well defined vision of what we wanted, but Emee helped us pull it together. She was there to make sure that it all happened gracefully and beautifully, with our vision exactly and all this without going over the top with pricing. It was such a relief to have her there to ask any question anytime; she was always available and always pleasant and helpful. And it was wonderful having her there all afternoon/evening; I did not have to worry about a thing. We had many children in our wedding and Im sure this was not easy.
