best happy hour. happy hour 3-8. Previous reviewer obviously has never been there. PBR tall boys are $2.00 , domestic drafts $2.00, microbrew drafts $ 3.00 and well cocktails $3.00. Staff is excellent and the back patio is the best in downtown, even has a covered pool table. Try one of the craft brews from Off the Rail Brewing while you are there. Room for big groups outside. A real fun place!

Momo - waaaaaay overpriced. and crappy.. nothing going on here, a hole in the wall spot that is trying to be grown up by having exorbiant prices. A tall boy of PBR is 3 bucks. Most Portlanders know that a 6 pack of tallboys only costs 3.50 at plaid pantry. there is nothing that justifies this place for prices like that. it is small, sparesley populated with patrons < no wonder, yuo need to be a DINK to afford the place > and dark up front. the only good thin is it has a patio.. but i say again 3 bucks for a tall boy can. momo is a joke, and the owners girlfreind is cheating on him, even though he is going to marry her. I know her sister < visalia >

Great for after work. To start I'll go with the negatives: not nearly enough beer on tap, and the ATM has way too high a fee, but that's to be expected. The jukebox is a nice way to make it a much more comfortable spot, and there's pool! The downside to poos is that the walls are a bit too close and on one of the tables the disco ball makes an annoying pattern. Mixed drinks are good, and friendly staff. Me and coworkers go to this place a few nights every week after work. I dunno, it's just a comfortable hole in the wall to sit and drink.

A club with mod stylings and music, and substantial meals for young scenesters.. In Short
Hidden away on an unlikely block downtown, this joint offers a little for everyone. Crimson walls, several TVs and a plethora of modern art gives it a comfortable dive feel by day, where neighbors come to fork down huge plates of food and partake in generous happy hour specials. Come sunset, the pace quickens as DJs spin and a well-dressed young set moves in to prowl between the dark bar and the darker back patio.

won't go back. The place was fairly empty on a Saturday night despite a good DJ and the doorman was unneccesarily rude.

Needs live music!. MoMo is ok, but needs to do something more to draw people in. It is fairly small inside, but the patio is a plus, great place to hang out on a nice night and sip a few drinks. Haven't tried the food yet, and the drinks are pretty average. They do need more beer on tap for sure, but at least they have PBR! I have not been there on a night with DJs, but it seems pretty dead even on the weekends. It would be a cool place to have live bands if they could manage a small stage somewhere, but I can't see it being a true dancing hot-spot, too small.

More MoMo. Looking for somewhere fairly quiet to have a late-evening meal for not too much money we happend upon Momo. The waitress was pleasant and prompt, the spinach salad was beautifully presented and fresh and the Rockfish Pesto was very nice, although it could have been a little hotter (temperature-wise). The beer is inexpensive and the service was good.

Is this place a joke?. It took us 20 minutes to get menues after we sat down, and only three tables were busy. Three. We had to ask the bus boy for service, and when he told the bartender, she made a disgusted face. Hey, isn't that her job? On top of this they were out of napkins and apples. How do you run out of napkins and apples when there is a Safeway down the street? They also had only two beers on tap. I was shocked. This is Portland after all. Anyway, don't waste your time on this place when Portland offers so much more, and better.

Momo is a NO NO!. A place really has to be bad for me to write a review, and well I'm writing a review. I wish I could say that the drinks and atmosphere make up for the awful service and forgettable food but I can't. If the prospect for a long wait to get served and poor food options doesn't keep you away then the fact that this "bar" only has two beer options and two wine options should send you running (the other way of course).
