We have been buying from Upscale Consignment for quite a few years. We even sold a coffee/end table set a few years back. What a great place. We stop in at least once every month to look around. We usually find something we like and the staff is always so helpful. I have recommended Upscale Consignment to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Plan on some extra time to spend here because there are a lot of really extra special pieces of all kinds. This is a neat ad well-run place and the furniture I bought is wonderful. Front desk is very friendly.

I made a purchase a couple of months ago here. I have to say when I first went in to look at the item, my friend and I weren't treated all that well. I was really disappointed. I kept watch on the item for a couple months and feeling not too great about making the trip over there, I emailed in about it...and much to my surprise: they responded very cordially. I called them and sorted out the details and went in and paid for/picked up my item. Everyone was very nice and friendly and the item I got was phenomenally priced. I am very happy with my transaction. My only advice to the business is: you would have made the sale 2 months prior (maybe) had you been slightly friendlier :) Still happy with the store and my purchase.

Can not say enough about what a treasure of a resource Upscale Consignment is - these people have a good eye for quality, are picky about what they accept on consignment, and price things quite fairly. There have been a couple of times I missed out on something I d had my eye on because I waited too long (gambled!) and someone else snapped it up - but there are several things in the house now that we found there which we are very much enjoying and would not have had otherwise. Getting to visit always feels like a treat to me - ya never know what new (to you) treasure you re gonna find. (Seriously!)

I recently purchased a magnificent arrangement of artificial spring flowers in a lovely pot that fits perfectly in my home. It was a fraction of what it would have cost to buy the flowers and vase to make my own arrangement.

Several times as I was browsing through the show rooms employees asked if I needed help finding anything. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff.

You get what you pay for. While this furniture is not dirt cheap, it is all in excellenct condition and is half the price of new items. I bought 5 pieces and all were delivered the same day I purchased them and all have helped me make a restful "neswt" for me and my family.
