Great customer service. We used Mr. formal for our wedding. The groom and groomsmen were well outfitted and had lots of reminders about fittings and such things-which they needed. That means that I didn't have to remind them of anything or even be involved in the tux selection. I showed them the colors of the bridesmaid dresses and they were outfitted in the matching shades. I was skeptical of the groom and bestmans tux selection, so I went by the store myself to check and low and behold it was perfect. Thanks to the service people!

Beware of Mr. Formal especially the Clackamas location! Bad customer service!. So, after buying into a deal I got at the Portland Bridal Show I went into the Mr. Formal store 3 times at the Clackamas location and every time the sales associate was unable to find the correct information if any on my wedding. The Sandy and Lancaster locations also did not have any info on my wedding and made it difficult for the best man and ring bearer. My parents then went into the store to make sure everything was right and even after that they still called me to remind them of what style of tux I wanted for the groom. I made sure it was right and last Sunday was shocked and pretty upset to find out that when I had my first private moment with my fiance before the wedding he had the wrong suit. Completely wrong not the right style or fit. Mr. Formal did end up refunding me the money for his tux, but that does not take back their lack of service skills and the added stress to my big day. The also charged my dad wrong for his suit. I am a very calm and happy bride and this is inexcusable. Please go with someone else for your rental, even though the cost is cheaper here, you will be happier in the long run using some other company.
