Staff lacking..
An OK place to go if the bartender knew how to handle their customers.
One young man became belligerently drunk and tried to fight a FEW different people. In his drunken words threatened to put someone "in the grave," and tired to become physical with them. After that the bar tender kicked out who he threatened... Could this be due to the fact the young man's parents use to own Rodder's and she worked from them as well? HMMM...
Death threats are NOT ok, even if your child of the previous owners... Bartender should have been giving the young man a talk instead of looking dumb sticking up for him making death threats ok on her shift.

Great place to kick back.
My spouse and I come here often. The staff treats us like family and it's nice to see the owners around talking to the customers. Everyone is friendly, including the patrons.
Their foods is awesome. The burgers and fries rock, as well as Taco Tuesday. 2 huge soft tacos for $1.50. Drinks are like gasoline and you definatley get your money's worth.
The parking lot can get somewhat crowded, due to the pool leagues they have in their back room. But it still leaves the front bar wide open for you to relax and not get poked by a pool cue. Crowd ranges from around late 20's to late 50's on average. Nice mix of people.
We've also used their back room for a private party and they took care of everything.
Check them out and use their coupon on Google to save a few bucks.

Not Recommended.
Nothing good to say about this place...not the food, drinks, and certainly not the service. The male bartender "M _ _ _ "should win "Rudest Bartender in Oregon" contest.
There is a laundry mat onsite...that says it all.

When I first read this review, I was of course concerned. Then I noticed your last sentence regarding the laundrymat. If you've been in at all, you should have noticed that we no longer have the laundrymat. I noticed your review was written April of this year. Pretty interesting since the laundrymat has been gone for over 7 years.
We apologize if you had an issue our staff.However, please report accurate reviews and do not use these sites as a place to spread things are untrue. Thank you.

Best foo, fun, and drinks anywhere. Rodder's Pub and Grub is a gem. A fine place on a Friday night to shoot darts, play pool, or just unwind. The owners have renovated, and they are on premises most nights. A true gem as far as a dynamic combination of food, and fun, and affordability.
