I've practiced martial arts for 13 years. This is the best school I've ever been a part of. The instructors offer insights that improved my fighting skills, but more importantly my life skills. As a lawyer, I'm able to employ the principles I've learned in martial arts class when I'm in court, working with other lawyers or speaking with my clients. Not only is this class affordable, it's priceless. Enjoy!

Classes for all age and fitness levels in a modern martial arts discipline that emphasizes safety. MMA and grappling courses for adults. Fitness Kickboxing for teens through adults. Beginning level Tai Chi - Chi Kung classes for adults of all fitness levels. From workouts that are easy to approach and gentle on the body to intense and powerful workouts, the classes here offer a variety for everyone. If group classes are not your thing, the Academy also offers private instruction at many different times as well.
