Not only we they not open for inside
service on Friday night at 10:00 they got our order incorrect and it was extrememly expensive for all that yuk fried food. One always looks in the bag and sees if items are there, yes there were 2 burgers but who checks to see if there are 2 patties, du pretty shabby when you get home and realize your order was wrong. Toooooooooo greasy and costs way to much for what you get. Will not ever be back and do not recommend them to anyone that is hungry on a Friday night

Too much for what you get.
What is going on here ? This place sucks.
I mean you spent a lot of money for Grass fed farm raised hormone free beef. And you get it and it's cold. I see others are saying the same thing. Who wants a cold burger and the staff seems to care not.
I have mention to the staff that the burger is cold and they said oh sorry.
Burgerville at one time was a great fast-food burger. All I can say they seem to not get it or just don't care at least burger king (which taste so bad) warms their crap up in a Microwave and it is hot.

Cold Burgers.
Over the last few years the quality of this place has gone down hill. They now place the burgers in a warmer which is why the meat is always cold. I have been back and talked to the mangers a number of times and it seems the only way you can get a warm burger is to tell them to make it fresh for you. Gee I thought that was what fresh was.
Overpriced for cold burgers. Too bad I missed Burgerville when I lived out side of the NW for 12 years.
They need to take lessons from Inn & Out Make it to order.
Also noticed issues with cooks handling meat with bare hands and not washing hands after touching other items.

Founded in 1961, this is a Northwest tradition for made-to-order hamburgers and old-time ambience..
In Short
Primary-colored chairs and tables, chrome-trimmed counters and retro jukeboxes transport diners back to the malt-shop era of the '50s and '60s. Known for using fresh ingredients, this local fast-food chain's signature pepper bacon-Tillamook cheddar cheeseburger is made from local ground round, while the garden burger, low-fat chicken sandwich and halibut fish sandwich are diet-friendly. A limited breakfast menu is also available.
