Good spot to munch for lunch!. This place has always been a winner. I've lived here since 2000 and have never come across a rude server, dirty table or bad food. It's good to stay with the tried and true sometimes.

Better than Taco Bell. This place is decidedly unspectacular, but still much better than Taco Bell. It's pretty cheap which is nice, and you definitely get a decent deal for what you're paying. The meats are adequately seasoned, you just kind of worry about the flies and stuff under the sneeze guard, but that in itself isn't much of a problem. Taco del Mar is one of those places you walk by and think, "I kind of feel like a taco..." and you don't come away disappointed. However, this joint isn't one of those places where you come out and say, "Man, that taco was fantastic!!!" So, I would say come here on a whim and you should be satisfied. If you come here expecting the best friggin' Mexican food ever then prepare to be brought down to earth.
