Rude lame service. This place was good before it got a new owner. We used to go there a lot and we had a coffee card (15 checkmarks = free coffee). Well, when we went to redeem our coffee card, as well as buy an additional coffee, the new owner was EXTREMELY rude about it. Some people just don't understand that being friendly, and even a little generous will make you a lot more money in the long run than being stingy and rude. She lost customers when she could have kept them. BAD BAD BAD!!! We will NEVER return. Good thing there's a harbucks down the street.…
