George's Giant Hamburger. My wife and I try to get here as often as possible. Simply one of the best burgers in town. The burger is always moist and juicy even when cooked all the way through. They have a condiment bar where you can add sliced tomato, fresh iceberg lettuce, pico de gallo, jalapenos, pickles, oniions. They also have a spicy mayo sauce which is great to dip the french fries in. The shakes are excellent as well. They also have all the other menu items you would expect. Dont be discouraged if there is no parking out front. Just drive down the side of the building and park down below. It is worth the trip even if your dont live nearby.

Great burger joint!. I frequent Georges Giant Hamburger's pretty often, often enough I refer to it as GGH. The food is always great and the owners are very nice and friendly. The burgers are cooked fresh when you order them and the bacon is really good, not that cheap bacon you would find at a fast food restaurant. The fries are also fresh and crispy, not flimsy or soggy in any way. All of the fixings are also fresh, and the spicy sauce is extremely good on the burgers and with the fries. While the parking lot is really small, it is definitely worth the trip. I'm pretty picky when it comes to a good burger and GGH is the real deal.

Keep doing what you're doing!

That much AND make you own burger??. Didnt that go out like Fuddruckers? Especially when you pay 5.45 for a 1/3lb burger, plus 1.65 for fries ...a burger, fries ,and coke for 2 was 18.00. The sauces they have are not marked and they have chipoltle that looks like fry sauce so be careful if you don tlike the spice! The place was clean and friendly staff but my favorite burger is still Annies. Wont be going there again...parking is very bad, about 6-7 spots up front.

the search continues for the great hamburger. We were salivating at the prospect of eating at George's after reading the review in the Oregonian. Parking was no problem since it was 2 pm. We ordered 2 hamburgers and fries. The hamburgers came out overdone. Even with condiments, they were dry. The special sauce is a tad too sweet. The hamburger bun is flimsy and doesn't hold up to a solid piece of beef. The owners are friendly and the dining area is clean. My husband found the fries a tad soggy, not as good as McDonald's he said.

a little messy!!!. The restaurant is a little messy looking but the service was very friendly. I would recommend cleaning up the restaurant. Especially the restrooms..

Best Burger in Town. Everytime I go to George's I wonder why I ever get a hamburger anywhere else. The burgers are thick, juicy and cooked to order. The toppings are fresh and the condiment bar is great. I never have to complain about the half a tomato slice or what fast food places call lettuce. You can feel free to load up your burger with pickle, onion, lettuce, tomato and a variety of sauces. The menu also gives additional topping choices like pineapple and BBQ sauce, or mushrooms and swiss cheese (real mushrooms that have never seen the inside of a can). The owners are always extremely friendly and the restaurant is always clean. The tater tots are hot and crunchy and the shakes are thick and creamy. The only downside is the parking although I have always been lucky enough to find a spot. To get a burger at George's I would gladly drive around the block for 20 minutes.

Great Burgers!. Burgers are great! they are a little spendy [but burgers are cooked when ordered and the veggies are super fresh. However, the fries and onion rings are very greasy and overfried.

Best nearby at least. Georges burgers are definitely all beef and that is a good thing. However, it's no Stanich burger. The big George is big and messy, I guess you could do a lot worse for 6.50. Good condiment bar for those of us fussy people. The parking is a pain the butt. Go get a cookie for Subway to justify why you parked there.

Very good burger & fries. George's just opened up in Tigard and I stopped in after a movie to grab a bite. Definately new, very clean and everyone working kind of stared at everyone who came in, kind of funny.

Anyway got a cheese burger and fries and a water. Good burger. Not the best ever, but a good, solid drive in burger place. Open condiment bar so you add what you want how you like. Big patty that was clearly beef (unlike McD, or BK junk they serve). Fries were great.

Truly enjoyed it and a good price for what you get, Next time I'll try the shakes.

Only disliked the parking lot, otherwise a great burger spot.
