never going there again. I've been a customer for 10 years but my last experience really was my LAST experience. Very rude. They should not put the word Jiffy in their name - they are anything but Jiffy.
Closed Early. First time I ever been there. I usually go to Espresso Lube down the road, but they were closing early. (It's super bowl Sunday, so I figure they are closing because of it). Thinking Jiffy Lube is a national chain, and more professional, I get the same song and dance. Basically she tells me the wait is about an hour. When I ask if I can go over to Safeway to kill some time, she tells me "no" and that they will be closing and I have to stay on the premises. That makes no sense what so ever. Oil Can Henry's got my business instead. And by the way, an hour later when I drove back by Jiffy Lube at 3:30 pm it was all closed up. Their sign says they stay open till 6pm on Sundays. I wonder if they close early for the President's state of the union address or just sporting events?…
Incompetent, RUDE greasy monkeys!!!.
I've been going to this location for several years for oil change and every single time I've been there, it's always different set of employees (high turn over, geez, I wonder why). Now and then I
get a nice, knowledgeable and courteous employee who, without any sales pitch, explains things to me. The other day I went for an oil change, waited 35min in the waiting room (there were only 2 cars in front of me, so why the ridiculous wait?) before someone got me to "check in" - this guys was showing me my air filter saying it needs to be replaced, I looked at it and said "ok", then he tells me but they don't have any in stock (WTF?). I told him to check why oil is leaking (my car barely has 23k miles and it's about 4yrs old).
Fast forward 20 more min...
A different guy (a red head) came in to get me as my car was ready. As he's typing stuff on the computer, I asked him if they found out why the oil is leaking, he dismissively tells me the oil level is full when I brought it in, so I shouldn't worry about it. I repeat my question and added that the first guy told me they'd check it out. This red head rudely cut me off before I finish my sentence and says, "It's an old car, don't worry about it". So I correct this knuckle head greasy monkey that my car is only 4yrs old and he exasperatedly sighs and says "Your car isn't exactly BMW or Porsche. It's a cheap car that they made cheap."
That incompetent red head dare saying my car is cheap??? I paid 25k for it! Cash!!! Makes me wonder what kind of luxury car he drives making such a big cash working at a flipping jiffy lube!!!…
