Great service and products!. This is and has been my favorite ice cream shop for years. I am a regular customer and stop by with my family and frends every chance that I have. The service is great even when they are busy. I notice the manager is right on top of everything and is always helping the employees improve their customer service skills. I especially like to buy the really low cal and fat free frozen yogurt that they sell. My kids go for the really special ice cream, something called playdough? You should stop by next time you are at the Lloyd Center!

Good ice cream and glace - grumpy owner.... Since I work near this place, I go there almost every day. Occasionally I am served by who I think is the owner. Almost without fail, this guy will make make some negative comment to the employees and/or the customers when I am there. He seems to make a point of pointing out something that an employee is doing wrong in front of customers. Sometimes, customers are not acting exactly the way he wants and he let's them know. This reminds me of the sour nazi from Seinfeld. I will continue to go but I think I might keep walking if I see the owner working up front that day.
