Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!!!.
This was the worst customer service I've had. I ordered a pizza that was thier special 'buffalo chicken ranch pizza'. I was told it came with chicken, bacon, onions and tomatoes. When I got the pizza it had no chicken on it. I called them right away to let them know and the first guy I talked to said he couldn't help me since he was a manager. Then Jim Carter, the manager for the day, came on the phone. He stated that the pizza doesn't come with chicken. We went back and forth a few times as I stated I would of never ordered the pizza if it didn't come with chicken. He stated he didn't know why anyone would tell me that and there wasn't anything he could do. I told him to come pick my pizza up and give me my money back and he replied 'OK!' I told him at that point I was disappointed in his customer service and was very displeased. In the middle of TRYING to say that he hung up on me. WOW! What a manager, I hope the owner is proud of his employees hanging up on the customer. Oh, and when I called back to get a general managers number he was then OVERTLY nice to help me with it and ask if I needed anything else in the most sarcastic tone. Absolutely uncalled for. I called and left a message for the owner and I'll see if I get a call back. I will NEVER go back to this round table again.
