Faulty Installation, No product knowledge to repair. ...ie drainge tubing kinked in rigid covers, and looped and draped around the attic at a level much higher than the unit, which has caused repeated flooding when the air is turned on, and which consequent ly has damaged our home, attic to basement, and some of its contents. Unit is still flooding, and so air conditioning still does not work. We were told to "have a backup source of heat" for our $9000 unit, as heating is pretty ineffective during the winter, so the product itself seems to have inherent flaws. Also, installers left enough garbage behind to fill two 32 gallon garbage bags. We feel the business owners have been very difficult to work with.…

great customer service and affordable prices. i was looking to upgrade my heating system and add cooling to my home. i received a couple of estimates, but the one i choose was with Gresham Heating. The experience was a lot easier than anticipated. I called the office, the lady was very nice, cordial and helpful, she scheduled the appointment for the estimator (Loran) to come to my house. He arrived on time and was very knowledgable in helping me choose the right equipment for my home. I thought this was going to be a trying time for my family, but Gresham Heating really took care of us. They installed quality equipment at an affordable price and turned a "trying time" into a happy experience.
