WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE!

I have been trying to locate the Nintendo Wii and the couple times that I was tranferred to the electronics dept....the sales people were VERY RUDE AND SHORT ON THE PHONE. I was calling around to save me time from driving around. I can understand the stress because of the holidays coming soon. What happen to customer service!! I would not recommend this place unless you want to go to a zoo!
