Best food prices in town..
Its not fancy like Freddy's or Albertson's. You won't find artisan or exotic foods, but the prices are about 30% less than other stores. Their prices are even a bit less than Wal-Mart without the guilt! (They are employee owned and based in the Northwest) Their meat and produce is good but not what you would find at a high end store. I do the majority of my shopping at Winco, then cross the street to Freddy's for my produce, meats, and the occasional specialty foods.
Weekends are a crowded as can be. The word is out on their great prices.
