Terrible experience. Ordered a flower/rose arrangment for valentines day that was said in the ad to include a heart shaped necklace, did not recieve the necklace. So I called the shop to figure out what happened and all the rude workers could say is that she doesn't get those necklaces because she doesn't think they are any good and they are cheap things you wouldn't like anyway. So I asked how come it states in the ad that it comes with a necklace and she says its because of teleflora networks ad, and she doesn't buy any of their products cause they are too expensive and cheap. DONT PURCHASES FROM, THEIR ADS AND DESCRIPTIONS ARE MISLEADING AND INCORRECT!!!

Horrible Arrangements & Service. I ordered flowers for my mother and went to see her the next day. The arrangement was pitiful. I have seen some bad arrangements but nothing as bad as what they sent. I called the company to tell the owner how upset and embarrassed I was about the arrangement. She tried to tell them she sent a good arrangement, which was not the case. I told her its was crappy, and she told me I was crappy for not spending enough money then she hung up on me. I have never been treated as rudely as that. You'd think she'd take pride in her work and want to make her customers happy. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me.

Call In a Pinch. I was in a pinch and I tried to find a florist for almost an hour that would deliver same day, granted I was calling late in the day. A Main Street Florist did not hesitate. I have not seen the flowers yet, If they are nice I will be using them again for sure.
