High tables and a busy open kitchen welcome diners into the spacious, brightly lit black-and-white interior. Just minutes after cashiers take customer orders, fresh-made tacos, burritos and enchiladas (stuffed with steak, chicken or seafood) arrive on the nearby counter. The menu also offers several plates of greens, from typical taco salad to fancier bowls with shrimp or mahi mahi. A stainless-steel bar offers several salsas, plus jalapenos, limes and cilantro for seasoning.

Baja Fresh is Fresh. I purchased the roasted vegetable burrito. The salsa that came with the chips tasted really fresh. This is a good place to go if you want something made fast.
