Poor customer service.
Went into Old Navy today at Cedar Mill Crossing, picked out a cute shirt. I went to go pay and the salesgirl was busy talking to another staff member-hate that. She then asked me if I would like to sign up for a credit card, I declined. She of course went on saying how much I could save, did you not listen to me? She then replied she was being sarcastic and threw my change and my purchase at me . WTH? I told her it was offensive to have a salesperson throw things at them, she really did'nt care, she was a nitwit. So bottom line, the managers at Old Navy at CedarHills Crossing needs to have more training. Take control of your staff, people.

Excellent for the price!.
I agree that it's annoying ever since they pulled the floor mirrors, but I'm still a faithful shopper there...where else can I spend $200 and get TONS of cute, practical for my teens and myself, everyday clothing that's actually CUTE? Awesome sales. It's worth the minor inconvenience of having to schlep stuff to the fitting room 3 way mirror IMO. Skip the "save 10% on your first purchase" credit card and it's outrageous interest rate.

Khakis, sweaters and other fun, casual pieces for budget-conscious folks..
In Short
The family-friendly chain is the third in a lineage of reasonably priced clothing stores (Banana Republic and the Gap are the older siblings). Huge, loft-like spaces and disco soundtracks make shopping here an upbeat experience. Men's, women's and children's jeans share space with khakis, T-shirts, sweaters, sleepwear, outerwear and seasonal items, such as ski hats, swimsuits and Halloween costumes.

unbelievable.
The store has no mirrors.
That's right, after wandering around the whole store trying to find a mirror to see what one of their fleece vests looked like on, I finally asked one of the headpiece wearing workers and she said they only have mirrors in the dressing rooms. What???? According to this employee, there was a legal case involving a little boy who ran into a mirror in one of the stores and EVEN THOUGH OLD NAVY WON THE CASE, they decided to ban all mirrors from their stores except in the dressing room. Since I'm a quick, in and out shopper who happily dumps my coat and bags on the store floor to try on jackets, vests, hats, sweaters, etc. I find this annoying and absolutely ridiculous. Obviously the company has paranoid lawyers with way too much power and a CEO or general manager with no guts. Not to mention droves of "yes men" beneath them all. I probably won't go back.

LIMITED SELECTION, GREAT PRICES!.
The selection isn't the greatest, but if you find something you like they usually have the right size and the price is more than affordable. I have found some great bargains here, but wished they could expand their product line a little more.
