Lots of selection - But beware of the store manager assigned

Wonder what their management training is .... to produce such dis-respectful store manager... hopefully the owner or corporate would do something about how they hire store managers. Their employees - rank & file - handles the situation much better than their store manager.
I guess for the store manager to lose business is just a wonderful thing.
