great gift shop!. I have shopped at the Paper Garden ever since it has opened. The staff is always very friendly and always have good suggestions for gifts. They have probably the best unique product around, from candles, soaps, lotion, hand bags, jewelry, baby items, stationary, i could go on! Great place if you looking for a gift for someone. The stationary selection is out of this world. From the very high end to very casual in expensive. Everytime i go into the Paper Garden they always have fun new stuff that you will not find anywhere else!

Beautiful Paper Garden!. The girls are extremely friendly and helpful. I purchased my wedding invitations and couldn't be happier! They were prompt and courteous and have an amazing selection. I've been back for multiple items for the wedding and will keep returning for the incredible variety of gifts and stationary.

Amazing products, snotty staff. I love the Paper Garden. The paper products are absolutely beautiful. I can spend hours pouring over the paper - printed, wrapping, cards and stationery. The staff, however, are very unfriendly. I can spend 45 minutes in the shop without the clerk acknowledging my presence. Staff read magazines, talk on cell phones, and generally ignore patrons. There's something to be said for not being hasseled when I shop, but a "hi" or "let me know if I can help you" is always welcome.

Until I find another paper store that matches the quality of the Paper Garden, I'll shop there. I hope their service improves!

Great paper, poor service. I will admit I get half of my Chritmas cards here every year, but it annoys me that the rude 20 year old behind the counter could CARE LESS that I was there, nor are they willing to assist my in any way, shape or form. I've brought some of my staff in there to show them how customer service is NOT done. Thank goodness for this tucked away shop that they have great selection.

Papercut Personality?. Ever get a papercut on your fingertip and you avoid using that finger for the obvious reasons? Did these women get a permanent papercut to their social skills....if not perched behind the counter on the phone or cackling with the head hen in the office you'd think they were sitting on an egg and couldn't leave their position to help you. I'll give them the fact that the window displays draw you in...the selection of gifts (candles, etc) and the paper goods are quite impressive for this area but.....why can't these chicks be more friendly and not act like you're bothering them when you want to pay for your items...maybe they should be called Bitter Garden.
