Mediocre work and poor communication. I recently had my vents and chimney cleaned by the Top Hatter. I went with them because they were a little cheaper than the other companies I contacted and could sweep my chimney as well. It seemed like they did an okay job but they didn't put any of the vent covers back on and left my freshly painted walls dirty with their hoses. I checked on my furnace later on and found out that the filter was gone. They told me they would clean it and put it back but it was gone. Also I looked up in the furnace and it was still pretty dirty. Next time I'll go with a different company. I now see why they were cheaper. I can't believe they threw my filter away and didn't even tell me. Very unprofessional.
