I went into Foot Solutions this afternoon for heel pain. I have never had such a bad experience in a retail store. I felt that I was judged based off of my age (23) and I was wasting the salesperson's time by working with me. The whole experience lasted about an hour. It took 20 minutes before my feet were measured and I never even saw an arch support, nor tried one on. After looking at my feet for 10 minutes, I was told by the salesperson that I had Achilles tendinitis, nerve damage on both feet, and early stages of plantar fasciitis. After being told about all of these foot ailments, I then was recommended to wear a metatarsal pad and heel cup in my shoes, but didn't need arch supports. I'm sorry, but why would I want to buy Dr. Scholls looking gel inserts if I had such extreme foot ailments? It doesn't make sense. Then I was told the arch supports would be too expensive ($599 a pair) and I should just buy better shoes. Who told you that I couldn't afford the cost of a pair of arch supports? Nobody. I was also told I wouldn't be able to wear the same arch support in my tennis shoes and flats. I was never even given a pair to try on and I only was given a pair of tennis shoes and high heels as recommended footwear. I asked the woman what she recommended and was repeatedly told she didn't know without seeing my entire shoe collection. So, I was told to bring all of my shoes back into the store, then I'd be able to find a solution to all of my supposed foot problems. On another note, a few customers came in during the very beginning of my consultation and since she was the only salesperson on the floor, she told them she'd be with them in a moment. I'm sorry, but are you hinting that our consultation is over and I should leave? I've never felt such distaste for a company before, but I'd would never recommend this company to anyone. If you're looking for overpriced inserts that won't work in more than one pair of shoes, criticism for your particular taste of footwear (high heels for me), and overall brushed off attitude, then Foot Solutions is the place to go

excellent service. My husband and I being taller people have had a lot of problems with our feet. We stopped at Foot Solutions and were treated very well. Kurt put us on a computerized pad which calculates the pressure point size and severity. Then he analyzed it and suggested shoes and insoles. We have bought the insoles (Lynco) and our feet are doing much better. We have been also seriously considering shoes. They carry a lot of nice shoe brands.

treated well again. i went back after well over a year and bought another pair of shoes from foot solutions in tigard. they didn't have my size in stock so i had to wait 6 days for it to come in. again i received the same care from sylvia to assure a proper fit and comfort. they seem to pamper repeat customers. thanks so much cuz i love the comfy shoes. great job again!

HORRIBLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horribly customer service! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING at THIS location! The sales person fitted me for some shoes and insisted I was a 7.5 (probably because thats all he had in stock) however, I am a 8-8.5. When I told him I thought that was too small he said that the particular shoes I picked out would "conform" to my feet. I took one of the TWO pairs back after wearing them in my house (for a few minutes) and because I had my "bare" foot in them that I could not get a refund.. I spent over $200 for two pairs of shoes that DO NOT FIT! You can bet that I will not return to this store and pass on the caution to others....

Foot Solutions - Tigard. Loyal FS client for over 3 years, I just WISH I had found them 10 years sooner! My customized inserts have given me a new lease on life. I have recommended FS Tigard to my friends and family.. and everyone has had their own amazing experience. Yes, the cost is a factor. But I have spent thousands of dollars in the past on shoes.. searching for something - anything that would ease my tired, aching, pronated feet. Instead of owning 30 prs of shoes that kill my feet, I now own 5 prs of incredible durable cute shoes. This location has many traditional, multi-purpose, contemporary - orthotic friendly shoes available to try on.

DO NOT WALK... RUN IN AND SEE SYLVIA TODAY!!!!!!

Calling ahead for an appt. with her is beneficial and recommended.

I went into the store and the man tried to sell me $400 inserts. Felling intimidated , I left. IN talking to a neighbor they recommended me to another Foot Solutions store. Where I found out that as a Diabetic and on Medicare - I had a potential benefit if my doctor verified I met the conditions and would write a prescription. I ended up with a pair of shoes and 3 inserts at very little cost. I thought I was being ripped off at the other stores - Now I really know I was being ripped off . Why did he not mention the potential benefit as a diabetic. They boasted they were specialist .
