I use Delivered Dish all the time for work and at home and have found them consistently reliable, on-time and with the correct order. For work, I have to find a new dinner place every month for five board members and couldn't live without Delivered Dish. Not only can I choose from so many different restaurants, but I can always meet the minimum dollar amount with only five people ordering, unlike traditional catering orders. I have never had any problems - they always arrive on time and with the correct orders - and I always have special requests since the board members can be quite fussy. One time there was something missing (it was small, just a side salad) and the driver went all the way back to the restaurant and came back with it without any grumbling. As for my personal use, it just can't be beat when I don't want to cook, don't want to get out of PJ's, but don't want pizza or Chinese either.

Best Delivery Service In Portland!. Delivered Dish staff are friendly and helpful. They are willing to read the entire menu to me when my internet is down or I am not at home. 99% of the time they are on time or early. The restaurant selection is great but could use some more Seafood Restaurants being added. I am sad they no longer work with Stanfords.

Everyone who writes reviews seems to be upset about the high delivery fees so let me enlighten you. The drivers that work for deliverd dish get via tips and a portion of the delivery fee. So make sure you tip your driver for a job well done. They dont get gas money or compensation for mileage. So that is a part of the reason why the delivery fees are the set price that they are. To compensate the driver.

Anyways when you are at home sick or dont want to leave the house this is the most reliable service in portland to call. They do corporate catering, hotel delivery, or to your front door at your home or apartement. I generally order sushi when I call, but I really like Clays Smokehouse, Madisons, Fire On The Mountain, and Ate-Oh-Ate. YUM!

So give them a try......or I guess cook.

Rude and Dishonest................. I called Delivered Dish when i discovered their website online. I thought it was neat that a company delivered for different area food establishments. Anyhow, i called and the operator spoke as if he didn't even want to be there in the first place. He was rude and disrespectful.....ok, i understand it's the weekend and it's late. So, i gave him the benefit of the doubt, however i was promised my food in 1 HOUR OF PLACING MY ORDER. My food DID NOT show up for almost 2 hours afterward!!! And when the delivery lady arrived she yelled from her car, "are you the one who ordered food!!??" dude, my neighbors were sleeping!!!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Should have got a pizza instead! And to top off my WONDERFUL experience, the lady expected a tip and the delivery charge was over 10 bucks! SERIOUSLY???? Never been so pissed about food delivery! I would rather eat an expired muffin than call them again....Good Luck!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!. We used to order from Delivered Dish on a very regular basis, using them for parties and business lunches. That is until tonight when our order for a small group of our friends was incorrect. In the past our orders have been wrong but they had always made things right, tonight however they decided to leave us hanging. After almost 4 hours since our original order was placed and 2 hours since we had contacted them that the order was wrong, I called only to find out that "management" decided that our order was unclear so they wouldn't be making it right. We received cheese instead of beans and sauce on our wings instead of being kept seperate, we're all unsure how thaqt could be confusing. We will no longer use them for our corporate account or personal accounts and we will all share with our friends the lousy service we received. The economy is hitting everyone hard so I don't fully understand allowing 4 couples to disatisfied with ones customer service over $26.......

Get Chaopraya off the menu!. We did get lunch, and it involved satisfying specific food cravings. WIth a huge menu selection, it's easy to find something you should like. The delivery didn't take any longer than they said it would.

Chaopraya is not a good representation of the D-Dish service. We expected the lunch portions would be small, but for the price they should have either given more food or taken more care in preparation. One dish should have been "hot", and had been seasoned only with black pepper (not "hot"). Two other dishes should have been "medium", and while one did have some heat, the other was ridiculously mild. The Pad Prik Khing (green beans) was 2/3 green peppers and 1/3 green beans. The menu does not mention green peppers, and I am not a fan of that particular vegetable. 2/3 of my meal was left uneaten. The salad rolls fell apart as soon as we took them out of the saran wrap, and had no flavor at all-- just julienne carrots and iceberg lettuce, with a strip of deep-fried tofu and some flavorless noodles tucked away in the end. All in all, lunch was a big disappointment.

Unfortunately, D-Dish doesn't have a way to offer feedback regarding individual orders. This could be a consideration for them in the future. If enough people complain about a specific restaurant, maybe they'll remove them as an option.
