I am not one to usually write reviews, but I feel I must write one to reccomend Delivered Dish. I order from them a few times per week. The food is always great and the service is even better. My order is always delivered on time and hot. The drivers are just so much friendlier than the usual delivery guys from Dominos or Papa Johns. Their operators are very knowledgable about the restaurants they offer and they are also very polite and patient with me as I tend to switch my order a lot while ordering and I also ask for a lot of things to be made specially. They also offer the personal touch as the other night was my 100th order. (I did not know, but they did) so they gave me free beverages and did not charge me the usual $4.99 delivery charge. I thought that was a great touch and it told me they actually care about their loyal customers. It was not a lot of money but I was really impressed. (Thus the review). Everyone in Portland should order from this company. They are a great local company!

I order take-out or delivery 5 to 7 nights a week. In downtown Portland my choices have always been pizza or Chinese. A couple of weeks ago I got my Delivered Dish Menu Guide in the mail. While I was not impressed by their web site, I decided to give them a try anyways. I must say this is the best decision I have made in a while. They have about 50 different restaurants and 20 different cuisines all that will deliver to my door in just 1 hour. (They usually make my deliveries in about 45 minutes, but their site says 60 minutes. I do not know why they under promise and over deliver, but this is what they do) I decided to write this review because I have now ordered from Delivered Dish 7 nights in a row, and tonight was the absolute best. I have been raving about Delivered Dish to all my co-workers and friends for a week or more, so tonight I was having people over to my place and decided I would use Delivered Dish. When I went to order my food, their web site was not working (again!!). So for the first time I called them to place my order. It was absolutely awesome! I will never use their web site again. My operator was totally cool and knew everything about Thai Food. I had decided to order from Typhoon, and this women knew everything about the menu, and even made reccomendations about what I should order to imrpess my friends. I was ordering for a bunch of people and needed the food to be delivered exactly at 7pm. She assured me it would be at my door exactly at 7pm and if I had any problems to call and ask for her by name. Well my door buzzer rang at exactly 6:59 pm, where I was greeted by a driver with a bunch of thermal bags in his hands. He brought the food to my Dining Room and even helped me lay out the food out for my guest. Several of whom were also very impressed by this level of service. I am officially hooked on Delivered Dish and reccomend them to everyone in Portland!!
