Lousy burgers/Carside service. Was in the mood for a good burger so decided to try Applebee's. Called for the Carside service, was told it would take twenty-five minutes, and arrived early, to be met by wait staff. Apparently the burger had been sitting for bit as it was not even warm when I got home, about six to seven minutes later. French fries were about as good as you'd get through any fast food drive through, though at least with the drive through the fries are warm. Staff was good but the quality of food was poor. Should have gone with Red Robin or even Burgerville.

rudest service. Our family went to this Applebees and I ordered the fish & chips. Simple right? Wrong! The fries (chips) were cold and the fish was so greasy it felt like shortening on my lips. It was horrible. I would have sent it back but we couldnt get our waitress to come back to the table so when she finally did we just asked for the check and left. I could have argued about paying but after everything we had gone through I wanted to go get some dinner and go home. We stopped at another neighborhood restaraunt on the way home.
