RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!. The owner of this establishment is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had participated in the groupon purchase which cost me $35 to buy food from them and the owner refused to cash it in despite me trying to place the order before the end of the business day of the groupon expiring. The store had been closed for 3 days prior to the expiration date therefore making redeeming the groupon impossible during those last few days. His statement to me was "What - do you expect me to just run down and open the store just for you????" Even though I had said nothing of the sort to indicate that I wanted him to do this- I just asked him to redeem the groupon according to the terms. Instead he refused, took my money and gave me nothing in return but actually yelling at me. I know I am not the only one who had this same experience with the groupon and trying to redeem it with this company. I've never had an owner of an establishment treat me with such animosity or lack of concern for my money or having any sort of customer service.  View Less … View More
