Awful experience!. Major disappointment!

I used this limo service for my wedding day last month. I wish I had known better than to pay up front for service.

I rented a strech limo for 3 hours in the morning and one of the classic cars for the ride to hotel in the evening.

The morning driver showed up 45 minutes late with a dirty limo. There was stuff all over the floor and empty Starbuck's cups in the passenger area. The trunk was full of the driver's stuff (trumpet, case of Pabst, drums, etc...) so there was no room for our stuff. He got lost multiple times and became quite snappy with my Maid of Honor when she tried to help with directions. When he dropped us off at the wedding (almost an hour late), he was amazingly rude to my mom when she asked him to take a picture of us by the limo. That was the last straw for me.

I asked a family member to contact the owner to make sure that a different driver picked my new husband and me up that evening. The owner, Gordon, acted appalled by the morning driver's actions and assured us that we would be well taken care of from then on.

Gordon picked us up exactly on time that evening. The Bentley was lovely but could use some TLC. He took us to our hotel, all the while telling us how sorry he was about the morning and that the driver would be held accountable. Gordon left us that night with a promise that we would talk after the honeymoon. I emailed him three weeks ago and have been awaiting a response ever since.

I have never been so dissatisfied with a service I spent so much money on. I wholeheartedly urge any prospective client to consider their other transportation options before hiring this company. I wish I had just driven myself on my wedding day. It would have been far less stressful.

Consistent, excellent service with no complications.. I have used Imperial Limousines several times, everything from a romantic evening out with my boyfriend to girl?s night out party to a day at the spa. Gordon and his staff are always reliable, friendly and professional. I have tried other limo services, and this is hands down the best in Portland based on all the qualities one looks for in a limo ? great car, reasonable prices, punctual, consistent, excellent service with no complications. Highly recommended!
