I walked into this store and the manager noticed I was of Russian decent. She rudely commented on my nationality and then immediately she told me that I was not able to try-on any wigs without paying 10$!! Which seems really unreasonable. She was very rude to me and I really felt discriminated against. Once I showed my concern for how I was being treated, she showed me the door. Unbelievable. Very unprofessional and might I even say racist.

Best wig store ever!!!! Laurie, the owner, is super nice and treats you like a friend as soon as you walk in. She offers an amazing variety of hair pieces, wigs, falls, and accessories. I have been a long time customer for almost 10 years now! And even though I have now moved to California, I still go out of my way to give her a call for my favorite pieces. She ordinarily does not do orders over the phone nor run to the post office for customers but she does for me and would for you if you asked her to. What an amazing woman and she represents the customer service that is hard to find these days. Last time I ordered my hair piece, I told her it was for my honeymoon. One week later after receiving my product, she sent me a wedding card wishing me the best. Who does that!?! Laurie does! She makes you feel special and absolutely deserves an amazing review because of all she has done for me. Thank you Pony Express for making me look my best every day wherever I may be!!! :)
