LOVE the food, LOVE the staff!

The waitress we had tonight was great. There is also a waitress who has been there since she was a hostess who is one of the best looking girls in the Portland area. Tonight I notices she is sporting a tatoo behind her ear which was really intriguing. I'm so glad they kept this Chili's when the shut the rest in Oregon down. Did I mention she is one of the best looking girls in the Portland area? Wow.
- Pros: Best burgers around...seriously, try them
- Cons: It's at the mall

avoid at all costs!

It was FREEZING inside, even though it was a mild 65 degrees outside, it was at most 55 inside, very uncomfortable (they told us it was that way because it's "summer"). We asked to be seated outside, the fans above the patio were blowing at full speed (and could not be turned off since they are on the same switch as the inside lights?!?) They promptly forgot about us, 20 minutes later as they were finally bringing our drinks, we were on the way to the car...
- Cons: uncomfortable, abysmal cust. service
