good product poor service. I must say for $299 for a laptop was quite a deal. Its their response in shipping the product to you that was really disappointing. We paid for the product and the money was taken out of my account on the 18th (a $5 shipping charge was added). According to the invoice it was supposed to ship on the 22nd. We called to find out if they had even shipped it on the 27th...their response was "Oh we're getting it out right now...did you want to come pick it up?" When we had talked with them at the time of the order, we expressed that we could come pick it up since we only lived 6 miles from their place of business. They indicated no...that there was not physical location. For this sleaziness, never will I do business again...buyer beware.
