I love this place. I have to tell you that this Baiyok has never disappointed me or my friends. I am not one to go out much. I love to cook at home and so when I leave home I always want to make it special... Like Baiyok (thank you!)

A great find!. Baiyok is near my house and I've been wanting to try it for several months- and I'm SO glad I finally did. I had the spicy garlic and it was the best Thai dish I've had in a long time. I'm glad to see they also deliver through DeliveredDish. It wasn't crowded and the waitress was friendly- I look forward to trying out the rest of the menu.

best Thai anywhere. Great service - the same young woman is there to serve and she is so friendly! We get our food in under 5 min everytime even when there are other tables full. The food is so good that you want to bring some home for later but it never makes it out the door! The parking is complicated but Worth it!!! I will even come over from Vancouver to eat as much as possible!

Worst Thai Restaurant Experience. Let me start out by saying that I have never written a negative review for anything before and my girlfriend will tell you that I'm not the complaining type, especially with food. I lived in Thailand for almost six years, and like to frequent Thai food places, so I thought I would give this one a shot. I did not have a good, or even mildly acceptable, experience.

To start off, the parking lot was not made for cars. Maybe motorcycles. If everyone parked between the lines, nobody could open their car door more than an inch or two.

Once inside, the waitress was terrible and didn't seem to understand things we said and kept asking for numbers, even after repeating what we said. My girlfriend had to get up and point at the beer we ordered in the refrigerator because she couldn't figure it out on her own after we told her, described it to her, and pointed at it on the menu. She could have at least compared what she wrote down to what was on the label.

The food itself was not terrible, although I have definitely had much better. I did find a gray hair in my first bite, though, which wasn't a particularly enjoyable experience. Also, we got our food about five minutes apart, although that's not such a big deal to me.

She didn't check on us until the end of our meal, nor did she refill our water, and there were only two other tables in use.

When she brought the check (which she set next to my girlfriend for some reason, maybe she's a feminist) it wasn't even mine! It was for one of the other two tables.

This was the first time in years I have ever tipped under 20% and I never plan on returning, which is sad because that is currently the closest Thai food to where I live.

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.
