Terrible customer service/ El peor de los servicios.
No recomiendo esta compania para ninguno de sus viajes. El peor customer service que he recibido en mi vida. La informacion que me proporcionaron estaba totalmente equivocada.
They were not in the mood to help me out. The treatment was totally unprofesional and the information they provided me was wrong. Im very sorry that I have to write this but I just cannot understand how agencies like this one are still in business.
