Take it to corporate. Corporate actually designed the process that way- it's not a training issue! It's backwards, I know... but you can't blame the employees for that.
decent fast food... staff poorly trained. OK, so fast food really doesn't require reviews; you know what you're getting in advance. Quizno's advertising pushes quality, toasted subs, etc. and the quality is reasonably good. Also, the $5 sub deal to compete with Subway is great. The problem I have with Quizno's is the service. I believe the employees are poorly trained. Yes, their goal is to provice quality product, but one hand does not know what the other hand is doing. The first thing they ask you is: "for here or to go?" They won't take your under until then. What ingredients do you want, mustard, mayo, etc...THEN...the person that rings you up asks the very same questions..I really hate that! Get your process together, then maybe I will give you my patronage.…
