reply to andrew. As per being a customer, most adult stores do not offer a return policy, perhaps you didn't read the signs they put up? I know for a fact that non will return any sex toys or lube because who's to say you didn't inject some poision in the lube, or shoved it where the sun don't shine then cleaned it good before you tried to bring it back, and even though its sealed?

No returns! :(. I tried to return a brand new sealed lube and they said I can't return it....even though it is sealed!! ...I bought it the night before and I don't need it and tried to return it the next morning. This place has a bad return policy, stay away!
