Great place, great people. I have had nothing but great experiences at Creative Nail Care. My mother and I treat ourselves to monthly pedicures, and we're always greeted by name, as are the constant stream of regulars coming in and out while we're there. The staff are very friendly and seem to really enjoy working together. They recently completed a beautiful renovation by expanding into the space next door. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing experience in a friendly environment.
Sometimes good sometimes bad peds/ poor quality in other services.
Very "hitnmiss" with their pedicures depending on the technicians.
Cleanliness and sanitary salon procedures seem to be a low priority, almost an afterthought.
This is worrisome. I frequently have to remind the technicians to use
what should be standard sanitary procedures
Technicians talk frequently (often loudly) to each other in Vietnamese.
It's strange, and hard not to feel they are talking about you over your feet.
Apparently they have not bothered to learn enough English to communicate well
with their mostly English speaking clients. This does not contribute to a relaxing experience.
I have tried their waxing for legs and bikini and I was bruised and burned when I came out.
I have tried their eyebrow waxing and the results were way too thin and sloppy.
I even had them do lash extensions for me and the results were mixed.
They looked good the first day, but came off in clumps within a week.
I had to have the rest removed by another aesthetician.
I only go to them out of convenience for some of my pedicures now.
