One of the reasons McMinnville is great!. I've been hopscotching since I first discovered this cute and enticing shop on McMinnville's main street. Their move around the corner to the larger location has only served to make Hopscotch better and better. The selection of toys is suitable for babes all the way to youthful pre-teen years. The toys themselves are inventive, inspiring quality products; ranging from classic games to the newest - I don't even know what games, Brier Horses, puppets, wooden toys, mind teasers, etc. Really, I could go on forever - this is one stop shopping for any toy need. The staff is not just friendly they also know their toys and are great at recommending . . .everything. I love the wrapping station and selection of papers. It is my niece's favorite place to visit when she comes to town. Simply said this store is fantastic!

I love toys I love toys. Hopscotch is what every community needs: a store that genuinely LIKES children, and avoids much of the plastic stuff from movies. It's not over priced, either, and the kids beg to come here and just play on the floor. They do have some items for kids that are in the $3 and under range, so if your kids save their dollars they really can get something all by themselves.

They even have a play pirate ship in the back near where they host birthday parties. Now if only they had a bar...
