service. I have been going to Nail La Belle for several years now and would not change. I specifically see one person; Cyndi, and am very satisfied with not only the service I receive, but the attention to the fact that I am not just a "customer". Even the others in the shop aknowledge me as a regular when I return.

Don't let Tammy Le touch you!. I went to LaBelle because it's just right around the corner from where I live. The first time, they charged me $10 just to have my nails painted a French. Tammy Le, the girl that was painting me did a crappy job, not asking me how thin I wanted the white part and leaving bubbles in the paint job. I figured she just sucked and hoped that the next time I went in I could have one of the gentlemen do my fill. Today, I went in and both the men were busy. Only Tammy was available and with my fiance coming in from Iraq this evening, I really needed to get my fill. She cut me with the drum of the drill and she didn't know how to shape my nails! One of the guys had to come and do it for her!! Psh. She only put one coat of clear enamel on my nails and again, there were bubbles! WTF?? Upon closer inspection on the drive home, I noticed how uneven the acrylic is. She didn't even blend it in and I cried when I saw how awful my nails look. I'm so disappointed. I went back, but they closed their doors at 7:05 pm when their sign clearly says they're open until 7:30. I'm calling them tomorrow to tell them what happened and see if they'll atleast redo the paint, it's so awful! I paid $25 and it looks like my 12 year old could have done a better job. I will go back to have the older gentlemen work on my nails and to make it clear to Tammy how she's so rough and how she doesn't know how to do nails! She not only needs to refine her customer service skills, but she needs to go back to school to learn how to do nails!

Tammy Le makes that shop have a bad rep. Do yourself a favor and don't let her touch you.
