Very Questionable Ethics

Suspect he knows quite a lot about insurance law and he's great about selling himself to the client until you sign his contract. After taking the case, he puts forth little effort to establish his case as he has no intent of going to trial. Bonaparte is all bluff, riding on his reputation earned years ago to settle out of court; if you want to go to trial, he will threaten to back out of the case just two weeks before the trial date (making it near impossible to get another attorney or delay the date), unless you pay him more money (even on a contingency agreement). Whether or not his actions are "legal", he is a dishonorable lawyer and I consider his actions a form of extortion. I would suggest hiring a lawyer a little hungrier to actually work for a living and a lot more committed to his client.
