Kristin Eaton took care of a custody petition for me. It dragged on through evaluation, mediation, and finally, litigation. She was thorough, honest and up-front, a top-notch listener and speaker and

She knows law and precedents and seemed to me frequently able to create/see connections from the law to the particulars of my case. She was willing to act quickly when time-sensitive matters came up. She gave advice carefully--much of it panned out real well, which is the point, right?
In summary--smart, focused; able to prepare, communicate, and perform (on paper and in front of a judge.)…
Think twice!. Kristin Winnie-eaton did my divorce and in my opinion she couldn't care less for her clients...me anyway! She started off strong & fizzled big time, leaving some crucial issues to fall by the wayside. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone.She comes across cold and unfeeling.…
The stereotypical lawyer. I have hired Kristin Winnie Eaton and her firm twice now so I have a pretty good feel for this lawyer. She knows her stuff well enough but in my opinion lacks integrity. The first time I hired her for a fairly straight forward parenting plan modification. It was easy enough so when I needed a lawyer for my divorce I went back to her. Big mistake. I have found her to be as deceitful and corrupt as any attorney. When you are going through a divorce, you should be able to count on your attorney. Kristin Eaton is in it for herself. She will stick it to you and not bat an eye. Obviously I would not recommend retaining her or the Yates, Matthews and Eaton firm. Find one you can count on to be there for you.…
