Part bar, part venue, part cafe, part art gallery Backspace triumphs with all ages shows that don't separate the big kids from the little kids. A great resource if you just arrive in town.

Truly all things to all people. Great (Stumptown) coffee, great veg-friendly menu, great laid-back ambience, great all-ages shows & events, great wifi... It’s also an art gallery and online gaming hub.

This place is such a refreshing alternative to the bar scene. With LAN computer gaming, old school arcade games (love the JOUST!), pool tables, and a killer x-box room this place has a lot to keep you entertained. This place is soooo cool and has the best coffee (stumptown). Ahhh yeah. open late!
