People go here expecting the world and its a burger joint. I love this place! laid back and the food is great. If they mess up occasionally they fix it right away and usually never charge if its a big deal.

Painfully Bad Service. Why have someone write down your order and then bring back a glass of water when you have ordered a diet with slices of lime? Or why ask if you want your burger pink and then bring back a shoe leather dry burger? Is it Red Robin or the Gen Y staff who don't have the slightest understanding of customer service. Tell me how you would feel if you still have a 1/3 filled glass of soda and a Gen Y staff member swoops in and takes the glass as you are reaching for a drink and then doesn't immediately return so that you can wash down their leather dry burger. The manager was kind and made apologies and comped our dinner but then that same Gen Y came back and told us we were "free to leave now". We laughed and wondered if he meant that we were free to leave his false imprisonment of BAD SERVICE!!!

I love Red Robin. My boyfriend and I come here pretty regularly, and have always had positive experiences. Quick seating, quick service, consistent food and drinks, and the waiters are always friendly. I don't know what the heck happened to the person whose review is below this one. We will continue to frequent this particular location.

With a bright red color scheme, enormous booths and TVs galore (even in the bathrooms), this loud, lively spot aims to make families feel right at home. The creative menu offers 22 different burgers--from teriyaki-marinated Bansai with grilled pineapple to the 5 Alarm with pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, salsa and chipotle mayo. Soups, salads, and entrees of fajitas, fish and chips and Cajun-spiced shrimp round out the casual American menu.

Poor customer service. Met a friend for lunch and the service was awful. The waiter forgot to give our order to the kitchen and left us sitting there for quite awhile. Then he had to re-take our order and did not offer to give us an appetizer even though we were starving. The manager sitting at the next table was eating, watched the whole thing and never intervened. When our food finally arrived, it was thrown together and one of the orders was completely wrong. We commented to the waiter that the order was wrong and he acted like we were lying even when we showed him the food. He walked away and eventually came back to blame it on the kitchen staff. He said we could wait more and re-order again. We were too hungry to wait another hour. During the rest of the meal, the waiter came by every 3 minutes to blame the poor service on having a bad day. It was a relief to quickly finish the meal and to be able to get away from him. We don't plan to return to Red Robin any time soon!
