Poor Customer Service- bad communication. Very bad customer service. It is like they don't want you to try and make an appointment. They don't answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message, so you have to email them and it takes days to hear back. When you do hear back their email messages are cryptic because they don't use spell check and wrong words default in the wrong places. I have no idea if they are any good at massage therapy because I haven't been able to make an appointment. I bought a gift card for my girlfriend and she had the biggest trouble booking or hearing from them I told her I would book it for her. When I did hear back they said they couldn't book anything before the expiration date so it was not going to be valid and there is nothing they could do for me. This was months before it expired. Seriously??? You can't pretend you care about your customers and maybe take the gift card and book it in the future, whenever that may be? I even mentioned that I was looking forward to trying them since my insurance now covers massage. They must be doing really well for themselves somehow if they don't want potential long term business. I am obviously not going here...because they took my money and won't render services.…
Ruby Violet rocks!.
Ruby Violet is the best day spa! I have been going to Ruby Violet for their expert facials and artistic eyebrow waxing for a long time.
The owner is a true artist and I always look years younger after leaving the spa. I love the fact that they only serve one person at a time, and that all the attention is on ME!
I have received so many compliments after my facials – people tell me I look great and ask me if I have had any “work” done! And the massages are to die for! Go to Ruby Violet – you will leave happy and relaxed.
I would recommend Ruby Violet to anyone who wants a special treatment anytime!…
3 months and 3 reschedules later.... I was given a gift card through a Living Social promotion for a one hour massage. Since early December I have have been rescheduled three times now and currently have an "appointment" for the end of February. Something tells me that this will not be worth the three month wait.…
Wonderful massage!. I went there for the first time after buying a $30 Hr long massage special from a LivingSocial email. In short, I felt the massage room was very warm and cozy. The air was slightly scented with lavender. The soft calming music playing was very relaxing. The massage table was heated and VERY comfortable. While I was lying facedown and she was kneeding my neck and shoulders, I felt a wonderful direct heat incorporated and it took me a sec to firgure out she was using heated stones. Loved it. She gets feet, toes, hands, fingers, all in all, it was a wonderful massage and I DO look forward to returning.…
Great Spa. I just got a service here after receiving a gift certificate. I love the personal attention I got and I felt and looked great afterwards. What a treat.
