The food has gone down hill. My husband and I like to eat there on special occasions and last Saturday was our last time. They changed all of the side vegetables and added weird things to the usually good traditional food (jalapenos and sauce on the calamari?). Definately not worth $18.95 a plate.

Great experience. We celebrated a birthday at Manzana last night. We enjoyed a comfortable, relaxing space for our large group, our server was experienced and pleasant and the food was tasty and up to our expectations. The complimentary banana-caramel dessert was an unexpected treat--definitely save room and order this decadent dessert.

Rip Off - Terrible. We used to go to Manzana all the time when the previous group owned it. (when it was great). We tried it when the new owners took over a few years ago and said we would never go back. They raised the food and drink prices and it just wasnt' the same. Two friends asked me to meet them for lunch a couple of weeks ago, so I thought, ok, I will give it a try. I could not believe how expensive they were. I ordered a half sandwich and a cup of soup. They charged $11, which was ridiculous since it was a tiny cup of soup and a half sandwich so small I was shocked when it arrived at the table. No fruit, nothing to go with it. I would give anything if the old group still owned it. We always had great service, good food and drink prices. For my money, I will go to Oswego Grill, which is so much better.

Downright horrible. I am spoiled from living in a city with diversity and culture. Those two things don't exist in this pathetic city of Lake Oswego where it is known that years ago they called it Lake No Negro. I'm ashamed and appalled to live where there are only Caucasians proudly running around. Manzana has the worst food and it was served cold. The waitress was slower than slow and it wasn't busy during our meal time. When she finally arrived to give us the bill, we weren't finished ordering and wanted a dessert which turned out to be disgusting, dried up and old. Not home made and let's just say, we are happily leaving Lake Oswego and the unfortunate restaurants in this all white area.

Drive by often, stopped once.... We didn't have a good experience here. Ordered a burger with no sauce, came out with plenty. Ordered a salad, tasted like cheap bagged lettuce that was dryed out. Seemed no different than an applebee/red robin type restaurant.

Eh, not bad not good.. I grew up in Lake O. I like this place for the water atmosphere. The food is a little Stanfords like. All in all its good for a family get together or for close friends to have drinks and a appetizers.

great place for special occasions/anniversaries!!!!. we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary this last wknd and actually had reservations for another place on mon. 02/08/10, just down the road: oswego lake house, made it an hour before hand and checked out lake oswego, driving around for 45min and noticed the mazana rotisseri grill right by, we were drawn to the placed, beautiful bldg, goreous area, our first time in lake oswego, we're always up for an adventure!! so we told ourselves that we would check out that place next time we're here and made it to our 5pm rsvp at the lake house, but checked out their menu and was very disappointed due to the expensive/way out our budget: ala carte, the sides were sold by itself.....so we decided to give manzana a try, just walked down the road and the atmophere was very romantic, dark & cozy w/intimate ambient lighting and still had a view of the sunset on the lake. the menu was great and affordable!! my fiance had the fire roast chicken w/mashed red potatoes & greenbeans and i had the southwestern chicken w/penne pasta in a red pepper suace!! delicious, we were both satisified and had a great time, eating my left overs right now. this was one of the best anniversary dinners ever, we give them 5+ stars! love the food, great service. oh an plus they gave us a free big slice of cheescake for out anniversary :) with a candle on top. (i did recall telling the host that it was our 10yr on the way to our table and wasn't assuming they would do that) I was very impressed on their great service!!!! we will return and higlhy recommend to everyone!!!!

Nice Atmosphere, Average Service, Poor Food. This restaurant is all show and no action. The location, the look and feel, the atmosphere, all suggest a great restaurant and great food.

The food is a huge let down.

I had the signature Santa fe chicken enchilada.

It consisted of corn tortillas piled on top of pinto beans and chicken. Most of the chicken was brown meat (that's fine actually) but that is it. The Meal was covered with 1/2 green sauce and 1/2 red sauce neither of which were good and combined were awful.

the only side dish was WHITE RICE (literally). No flavor at all. Just a little cilantro chopped and sprinkled on top. I had my wife taste it and she actually laughed and commented "It's Literally white rice".......

Her meal was the chopped turkey salad and she said it was "OK" and indicated that it reminded her of the salads at Olive Garden.

Any way.....the restaurant is 'Ok' but the food is well below average.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you're just heading down there for the nice environment and a few drinks.

Great food, slow service. My wife and I love the food at Manzana. The rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes are no less than excellent, the salmon sandwiches are great and their chopped salad is fantastic on a hot, sunny day.

The only reason we rarely go to Manzana any more is the fact that 75% of the time we're there, the service is so slow that we have to speak to the manager. Even the manager forgot about us once. Ouch.

Again, excellent food. Nice interior design. But one shouldn't have to go through hoops to get service.
