Henry's 12th Street Tavern

Great Beer and Bartender!. I have been going to Henry's for years with my husband and keep coming back for two reasons: the great beer selection and the great service from Sean (the bartender). All the bartenders seem good but he is by far the best! He goes above and beyond! Even when he isn't the bartender serving us, he still makes a point to come up and say "hello" and thank us for coming in. We are always so impressed with his work ethic, quality of drinks he makes and personality. We will continue coming back as long as he is still working there!…

Service with a sneer. I went to Henrys last night for there late night happy hour. There food is fantastic and until last night i've always had very friendly and personable servers. As a fellow server myself I am no stranger to working in customer service and I was VERY disppointed in the server I had last night. Her greeting and demeanor were very cold and she acted very bothered when my friend asked questions about the beer menu. She even ignored us when we tried to get her attention, she looked straight at us and pretending not to see us. Her service was dismal as was her personality. Usually the service at Henry's is wonderful but it seems that their hiring policies have changed. If you get Sara R. ask to be moved to another servers section unless you want to go through the same unpleasant meal experience I did.…
