Tips for Hair Architects Inc

Joseph is great. I went and had a keratin treatment from Joseph. I have very course, curly and a little frizzy hair. Not only did it turn out terrific, but he did it in record time. I strongly urge anyone on the fence to have this treatment done by Joseph. He is a pro! And I can't say enough good things about this salon.

Wonderful people. I went to hair architects over the weekend to get my hair cut on the suggestion as a friend. I had Alex cut my hair and she did a fabulous job. I couldn't be happier with the cut she did. The staff was friendly and attentive to all the clients it seemed like and even Jon (the owner) came over to give me some tips about my possibly thinning hair and how to be proactive about it. I will definitely go back when I need another cut and will be happy to have anyone in the salon do it.

Wonderful color and cut. This salon is warm and inviting. Everyone was friendly. My stylist was very helpful in choosing color that would work with my hair. It turned out perfect. My cut was done as I wanted it and the stylist was able to tame a couple of trouble areas I have. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be going back.

Beyond Bad Haircut.
I feel terrible writing this review, but cannot believe how well rated Hair Architects is. I should preface this with a bit of information about my past. My mom always made us go to Great Clips and other low end places to get haircuts growing up, so I stay far away from them now that I'm an adult. I have a wonderful stylist who I cannot praise enough. I definitely pay more for my haircuts - and my stylist is worth every penny! Unfortunately, my income doesn't always support my taste for more expensive things.
On to my experience at Hair Architects. I decided to go based on the reviews and the cost of haircuts. The staff was friendly and the stylist I saw was on time. She seemed to be attentive and understand my fear of trying new stylists as well as my past of bad haircuts. She assured me that I would not end up with thick, 80's style layers or lose too much length. After all, I only came in for a trim.
By the time the stylists was done hacking away at my hair, it looked just as she had previously assured me it would not. I attempted to tactfully express my displeasure and she continued to add more layers and take off more length. I kindly told her that was enough and left feeling very disappointed and mislead by the wonderful reviews. Needless to say, I ended up going to see my stylist to have her fix my hair and vowed to never allow finances to make me stray again.
I gave Hair Architects 2 stars (I could not give them only 1 - that's just mean) for their friendly staff, but would not return or recommend the salon to others based upon my experience. Sorry!

Little Miss Sunshine was apparently cloudy that day, as the stylists at Hair Architects do not "HACK" hair, and if she was so happy with the stylist she had before why would she appear at a salon with five stars if she was soooo pleased with her previous stlyist. Apparently the lack of funds and loyalty plus the lack of communication on her part did not make for a positive experience as is with the many thousands of clients who grace the doors of Hair Architects. With respect to her and her gracious attitude of a friendly staff why bother to write a review if you feel the need to just be mean and attackful. I say stick with the stylist that gives you the bang for your buck and don't go searching for someone to replace your comfort zone. Communication is number one with the staff at Hair Architects and customer satisfaction is the ultimate we always strive for.

Love my Japanese Thermal Hair Straightening & Conditioning.
Hi,
Just had my first Japanese Thermal hair straightening and conditioning at Hair Architects. What a wonderful experience. My hair feels real soft, is straight and is not frizzy!
Had the best experience and highly recommend going to Hair Architects.
Alex was wonderful, Dante also came over to help and get the process done faster, less money. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, and special :)
Thank you, I will be back.

Most Effective Facial Ever!. I have had problem skin all my life and every skin care professional I have ever talked to tried to talk me into harsh acne products that never work. Ally was the first person to identify that I actually have really sensitive skin and she gave me the most amazing soothing/calming facial and taught me how to care for my sensitive skin!

Amazing hair!!. I just left Hair Architects and couldn't be happier. I went in for the Japanese straightening treatment and my hair looks amazing. Alex was very friendly, professIonal and informative about this treatment that was new to me. Another stylist, Timm, assisted with the treatment and they were both great. I will be back without a question. Thank you!!!

Best YONKA Facial ever!.
I am an esthetician and expect a lot when it comes to skincare. I also hope to learn something everytime I book an appointment with someone new. I've known Stephen for 12+ years, so hands down he is the best energy and delivers a ten when it comes to personality.
I was so excited to finally receive a facial from Stephen after so many years, because he is forever going to be my new facial expert. His technique is right on. He educates you, but quiets to allow the relaxation needed during a facial massage. His room is amazing and he cares about the results he is providing.
If you want results, I can suggest the Grand Classique Facial-it's great for all skin types and he will customize it for your skin type and concerns.
Thank you Stephen for a gold standard experience!

Stephen is great for skincare!!.
My sister has been seeing Stephen for her skincare, and suggested that I see him as well. Here are my thoughts:
The Skin Care Guy: Stephen is polite, professional, and eager to answer all of your questions.
The Room: The facial room has been recently enlarged and remodeled. It felt clean, modern, and relaxing. The room has it's own music, which thankfully, is different than the rest of the salon.
The Grand Classique Facial: I found myself asking out loud "What's that wonderful smell?" and then nodding off, only to snore myself awake a minute or two later. I could have sat under that steam machine for an extra hour. (Who knew that a facial included arms?)
Product: This is the best part for me, as I tend to break out with most kinds of skin care products. I've been using the YonKa samples he gave me for a couple days now, and no problems. I will definitely buy some when I return next time. The smell is invigorating in the morning, and I look forward to that part of my daily routine.
Summary: The experience exceeded all expectations, and I'm happy to recommend him to everyone.
